Résumé

One of the main principles of Industry 4.0 is the obtention of added value from data generated during the manufacturing process. These data may serve to different purposes, being traceability one of the most relevant, since it is required at every level from customer to factory management. Industrial agents are a good alternative to implement traceability in the plant due to their ability to collaborate by exchanging information to meet their objectives. In this article, the authors propose a solution based on industrial agents to carry out the traceability of production at different levels (manufacturing batch, customer order, and factory) in a decoupled way, to optimize the management of information and services derived from traceability at each of the levels.
