Resum

Society as a whole has been affected by a pandemic in which social intervention professionals have been obliged to take rapid action under exceptional conditions in order to ensure social inclusion while continuing the ongoing programs. This article´s aim is to highlight the importance of the collaboration networks and the established intervention model as well as the work system reorganization, which was carried out on behalf of the ERACIS development, in the Barbate City Council, in coordination with municipal social services during lockdown. A map of actors and a Sociogram have been the fundamental groundings of the methodology used and the obtained results, while an academic-scientific conceptual framework justified by the current state in relation to the COVID 19 was put in context.
