Resumen

In the present descriptive longitudinal study, personal information (gender, age, disability, nationality, availability for employment and whether or not to receive Agrarian Income) and professional information (academic level, vocational training actions for employment, participation in training and employment programs, etc.). Studying the relationship between personal and professional characteristics carried out over time with the mediation of Vocational Guidance (a program framed within active employment policies) which, together with training and education, is a Public Service aimed at improving employability of mainly unemployed people. But also those who want to stay on the job market or reorient their life project.
