Abstract

This paper analyses the doctrine issued by the Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the Supreme Court of 4 February 2020, regarding the basic and supplementary remuneration that members of the Civil Guard must receive in the event that they are unable to work temporarily due to psychophysical conditions. More specifically, it will be analysed in relation to the specific, individual job supplement in order to determine which rules should govern the remuneration and thereby identifying the legal rules to be interpreted by the High Court.
