Abstract
The present text is a review of the educational actions carried out in formal education, from theory and practice, for a real and effective achievement of gender equality, addressing all stages of the educational community. A critical reflection on coeducation is carried out as a fundamental strategy to overthrow the inherited and transmitted patriarchal culture, and a series of proposals of improvement are realized from the Didactics of the Social Sciences.
