Abstract
The revocation of parental responsibility can be found in Article 46 of the Criminal Code. It implies that the convicted loses all the rights related to parental responsibility, although the duties remain. Contact is considered to be a right and duty for parents and an absolute right for children. Thus, does revocation mean a complete breakdown between parents and children?
