Resumen

Times change and new generations require different dynamics in the classroom. Traditional methods based on work issues , have given way to performances by skills, our students must learn how to learn , and has to do with an attractive , innovative, motivating and updated mode. A burst early nineties hard to Fitness in society by changing the pace of life in this routine , settling to the present and a more stable and promising future. This study aims to observe two concepts : First, as the Fitness exerts a positive influence on students as a healthy option to take into consideration during High School, and therefore in the subject of Physical Education. And second, as its inclusion in the educational programming of the subject of Physical Education, gives a positive response to the expectation of creating healthy habits in our youth. By surveying different performing groups the incidence of these UD is measured and structure, timing and activities is analyzed. The findings are remarkably positive , with the Fitness industry to include a healthy routine of adolescents studied and a useful , motivating and fun alternative UD students.
