Abstract
It is undeniable that the establishment of the European Public Prosecutor' s Office will introduce changes in the procedural systems of all Member Countries. The present work follow up a study of the current Draft Regulation on the creation of the European Public Prosecutor' s Office in relation to the legal regime and procedural safeguards to which the subjects investigated or accused are subjected in the investigation phase
