Resum

The incorporation of the territories of the Old Kingdom of Granada into the Christian funerary customs will be delayed until the first years of the sixteenth century. However, from that moment on, throughout the early modern age will become an interesting struggle to get a burial in some of the most distinguished temples. This article on the pious, or maybe not so much, preferences of the faithful at the time of getting a decent place for their eternal rest is presented supported by a long period of research at Archbishopric of Granada Archive
