Zusammenfassung
The protection of the historical Heritage is a priority of the European cultural policies. Nowadays we have settled mechanisms to put it into operation; therefore we believe that it is very appropriate to move back to its origin, because this will be the only way to understand it completely. Throughout this study we want to increase the value of this period and to make it known because it is the basis and the starting point of the current tutelage.
