Abstract
This research aims to analyze the student perceptions of third year of the Degree in Primary Education at the University of Jaen has about the European Higher Education Area (EHEA). We used a descriptive methodology, carrying out the data collection for the sample (n=289) using an ad hoc questionnaire. The results demonstrate the lack of university students about the implications of the European convergence process has led to the new curriculum. Furthermore, it highlights the existence of statistically significant differences in the perceptions of students on the EHEA by gender and age. These results have led to the establishment of indicator maps that affect the strengths and weaknesses in order to act accordingly on the university system.
