Resumo

The doctoral thesis that is presented is structured in four blocks of content: Block I: The purposes of the study. Block II. Theoretical framework Block III: Research carried out Block IV: Conclusions In the first block, there is a contextualization of the research, from where it arises and what we wanted to achieve. It establishes the objectives of the same, establishing as a general objective to achieve: "determine" if the AIT is reaily a resource that implies an improvement in the schooling of students with developmental disorders or at risk of suffering it, in the second cycle of Early Childhood Education. It was therefore necessary to make a solid theoretical foundation of the processes under study, AFT and schooling. This theoretical framework, developed in three chapters, began in chapter II a complete description of the stage of Early Childhood Education, the psycho-evolutionary characteristics of children in this age and the role played by the family. The third chapter of this research, the second of those included in the development of the theoretical framework, provided the keys to the current inclusive school approach. The last chapter, integrated In the theoretical framework, is dedicated specifically to describe the current process of early childhood care, focusing much of the analysis in the recent publication of Decree 85/2016, due to the significant advances and implications for children. Boys and girls and their families. Likewise, the process of schooling of students with developmental disorders in the 2nd cycle of Early Childhood Education is deepened. Then, already inserted in block III, the research design was developed, which was developed at different levels, first regional and later provincial. At the regional level, we considered that it was opportune to be able to frame our study, based on the analysis of documents from both the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health, in order to know quantitatively the characteristics of the children who were the object of Our research. The parallel analysis of these documents was the first conclusions of the investigation, which were used for the elaboration of the instruments of collection of information that we apply next: interview and questionnaire. Even at the regional level, the keys to the current process of early childhood care and to the process of re-enrollment of pupils with SEN could only be offered by the regional and provincial referents of both processes. In this sense, we used the interview as a technique for collecting information. The valuable information provided by key informants selected to conduct the interview also served as a reference in the construction of the questionnaire. This instrument of information collection, focused on the analysis of the reality of the processes mentioned in the province of Huelva. Its target groups were the 1st cycle of Early Childhood Education and EOE, while at the health level, the vision of the CAIT was fundamental. The presentation of the results obtained through the application of each of the mentioned instruments was offered in chapter VI. Finally, the conclusions of our investigation, based on the data analysis performed and according to the objectives set out, were described in Chapter VIII. Among them we can cite the following: Only the early identification of children with developmental disorders and the care offered to them in CAITs is a factor in improving the process of identification of students with SEN and, as a consequence, in the schooling process. The professionals involved in the processes of early detection, consider that they are fundamental for the processes of AIT and schooling, being well defined and collected in normative. The adequate development and implementation of the processes of early cniidnood care and schooling, requires a greater endowment of personal resources, as well as a better inter-administrative communication, that makes possible the knowledge of the specific procedures of each Counseling. The processes of collaboration and coordination established between both Departments are fundamental in the AJT process and provide greater rigor and foundation to the decision making process involved in the new schooling. - The current AIT model and the schooling process in the 2nd cycle would improve with a higher level of specific training of the professional teams directly involved in both processes.
