Abstract
The strategy followed in this work consisted of a double improvement cycle (or clinical supervision cycle), based on the use of recordings of classes, with the final aim of improving teaching quality. Beginning and expert University teachers participated in the study, which was carried out in the academic course 2013/2014, Classes of the three teachers werc recorded and the videos werc further analysed with the aim of an observation test. Verbal and non-verbal communication and organizational and methodological aspects were assessed by means of this test, Some examples of dctccted aspects to improvc were: high speed in some moments of thc class or facial expressions not friendly to encourage students to participate lt has been proven the improvement of most of the detected aspects to improve as well as the disappearancc of some of them.
