Abstract

Evaluation is necessary and the system can serve. But using auto-ethnography we encounter problems which must be solved so that the quality will be really a fact. In order to generate new knowledge and implement best practices, against colonization of models from the field of Science "Exact", we claim other methodological models and research as based on the Arts. We base our proposal on norms UNE 166000, to use creativity as a tool. The narrative and performative action in a process of artistic inquiry are used as resources for research, with the intention to reflect and understand reality, for improvement. We have been hearing involved voices, making visible the current situations that hide training processes. We present evidences in creative format, encouraging innovative proposals for the efficiency and the improvement of the quality of the system.
