Abstract

In Spain, following international medical recommendations, during the pandemic produced by Covid-19, the decision was made to decree the State of Alarm, which ended up confining the civilian population to their homes for months, with harsh control and tracing. This occurred both in the idea that citizens were disciplined, as well as through the firm belief in the normalizations of daily life. This article briefly analyses the event produced by necropolitics, the questions generated by social domination, in the form of medical-legal control, and the ways of life in a regime of confinement.
