Abstract
Almost twenty years ago, under the direction of Prof. Lorenzo Morillas Cueva, I defended the Doctoral Thesis entitled The Minor as an active subject of crime. Although at that time (the late nineties) the chosen theme was not commonly addressed by the Spanish criminal doctrine, Prof. Morillas supported and directed the elaboration of the Thesis which, together with his constant encouragement and help, I want thank with this contribution.
