This study was conducted by reviewing the basics of neuro-therapy. The aim of the review of these concepts is to clarify and designing physical activity programs using concepts such exercises neurodynamic stress and slip nervous to try to release the nerve structures, improve the perception of pain and therefore the quality of life people using these programs.
