Zusammenfassung

This study aims to evaluate the influence of the practice of a sport specialty Anthropometrical profile. We selected 64 young sportsmen, between 10-14 years, practicing basketball (n = 15), football (n=15), tennis (n = 20) and skating (n = 14). The results show that the tennis players have statistically higher values (p < 001) to players of basketball, football and ice skating in various anthropometric variables, such as height, body mass, the perimeters of collapsed arm, thigh and leg. Concluding that young athletes possess anthropometric values of normal, even tend to be better than the people who do not practice physical activity. As well as highlight differences in various variables between sports, mainly due to the specific requirements of each specialist, showing the importance of this type of study in early age for a better follow-up, and to contribute to the orientation of training loads.
