Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of four task organization on the number of contacts, the efficiency and continuity, the ratio work - time, and the execution perception, the continuity, and the motivation. The sample was six players of an initiation group. The independent variable was the type of task organization (participation for groups with intervention of the trainer in net, participation for groups reduced with beginning of the trainer, interaction with the trainer in net, and participation for couples with net, mini-tennis). The dependent variables were: the number of contacts, the efficiency and continuity, the ratio work-time, and the perception of the execution, the continuation, and the motivation. The results show a high number of contacts, ratio of work - time, and execution efficiency in mini-tennis with respect to other task organization. The rally situation with the teacher was presented high level of efficiency and quality. The children had low levels of awareness of activities in all forms of organization-wide implementation, continuation and satisfaction. Uniquely, the present situation minitenis acceptable levels of satisfaction (50%).
