Abstract

There are a wide variety of types of scholarships in our country. In this context, this study aims to provide information for analysis and understanding of the conditions that in the practice and without a common regulation, are characterizing a particular form of these grants, those that are being developed in universities called training grants. They are scholarships to college students and convened by the university. They pursuit that they can complete their education with the development of a training plan within the services of their university. At the same time, it is intended to contribute to the differentiation of legal relationships that involve a responsible contribution by academic institutions to the improvement of the training and employability of their future graduates, of the others that actually respond to a pathological response of this system and that therefore, they deserve to be qualified as fraud of law to come in these cases, by the own universities.
