Abstract
The High Court of Justice of Andalusia has given four sentences annulling the Protection Plan for the Litoral Corridor of Andalusia. The reasons are not of a substantive nature, but formal: the incompetence of an acting council of government to dictate provisions that contain general policy guidelines that commit future governments. The autonomic indolence in the approval of the plan in the terms marked by the enabling law and the scant argumentative effort in the need of its fulfillment by that interim government, cause that at present the flagship product of the present autonomous legislation in town planning has been left in nothing.
