Abstract

The purpose of this study was to validate whether the application of Special Judo Fitness Test (SJFT) for judokas generates better results through its application with the Tokui Waza (TW) of judoka (special technique) compared to that imposed by the test itself, Ippon Seoi - Nage in situations absence of fatigue (AF) and fatigue (CF). National level three competitors who made the 4 SJFT over two alternate days were selected: one day SJFT with TW, in both situations (AF and CF); and at 48 hours the standard SJFT the same way in both situations (AF and CF). SJFT test values , heart rate ( HR), blood lactate concentration [Lact] and the subjective perception of exertion (RPE ) were recorded. Judokas indices obtained in very similar for both test SJFT in AF (12.41 ± 0.21 12.52 ± 0.89 front ). However, in situations CF values the FC, [Lact] and number projections were better in the SJFT -TW.
