The current context of protracted crisis over time has generated very high rates of population at risk of social exclusion or at risk for, plus a host of new processes of social vulnerability. In this context, a new model of social intervention processes to promote social inclusion through community development, with the goal of building a new spacethat makes it possibleto recover the state of personal and collective well being lost or damaged by the crisis it is necessary. The intervention project that arises is a result oft he implementation of a coordinated response as a real alternative, which is born of creativity and sharing of collective work. Through this project, is to eliminate the negative view that identifies certain groups at risk of social exclusion as a problem or from the view of the action from compassion or charity, promoting empowerment and fostering self-determination to overcome such a situation of exclusion.
