Abstract
Nowadays, the peace process in Colombia raises a certain numbers of problems and doubts from a constitutional point of view. The legislative implementation of the agreement reached between the Colombian government and the FARC has been examined by the Constitutional Court. The first sentences have delimited some constitutional boundaries to the political agreements; effective limitations that imposes democratic constitutions, especially regarding the transitional jurisdiction and the political integration of the members of the FARC.
