Abstract

This article deals globally with the theoretical questioning of a defined and con­ceptualized specific andalusian poetry which displays peculiarities and features different to the ones of the other spanish regions. This point of view is not generally assumed by poets and literary critics and, therefore, various opinions are shown. The strength of the andalusian poetry written since the 1950's up to present days is underlined showing its most important features.
