Abstract
Supported by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2013, of 29 November, which approves the revised text of the Act General of rights of persons with disabilities and their social inclusion, we are dealing with tourism as a matter of rights in defence of persons with disabilities, highlighting how the evolutionary process has led tourism to a new paradigm based on the inclusion, regardless of the functional capacities of the population. Through involvement by promoting accessibility, different examples of good practices at the national level are from the fi eld of public-private, highlighting the commitment of the ONCE Foundation for cooperation and social inclusion of people with disabilities, to improve the quality of life of the people
