Resumen

Physical exercise under medical supervision benefits the reduction of methadone and/or heroine dosage and improves health conditions and life quality of those in the methadone and heroine maintaining programme. Likewise, information and lifelong training for drug-dependents considers the use of new technologies as basic interaction and communication tools; these actions are being developed to facilitate normalisation. The aim of the study is to improve physical conditions of participants by means of physical exercise, to reduce the dispensed dosage of methadone or heroine, to increase their self-esteem and social image and improve their life quality. It will also be complemented by an objective to facilitate digital insertion by means of blogs, computing approach and activities that may help them familiarize with the new information technologies.
