Análisis de la condición física en jóvenes jugadores de fútbol en función de la categoría de formación y del puesto específico

Resumen

El objetivo principal de este trabajo es valorar el nivel de condición física en jugadores de 13 a 18 años, determinando posibles diferencias respecto a la categoría de formación (infantil, cadete y juvenil) y el puesto específico (porteros, defensas, centrocampistas, delanteros). Se seleccionaron 66 jugadores (con una edad de 15,46?±?1,83 años, una masa de 63,33?±?9,51 kg, una estatura de 171,44?±?8,38 cm y una experiencia previa competitiva de 9,16?±?1,93 años). Se determinó la composición corporal (INBODY 720), flexibilidad isquiosural (test sit and reach), salto con contramovimiento y abalakov (plataforma nusclelab 4000), y consumo máximo de oxígeno (test de course navette). Se observan diferencias por puesto específico y categoría de formación en la composición corporal y condición física (infantiles respecto cadetes y juveniles), y se observan diferencias fundamentalmente entre los puestos específicos de defensas cadetes respecto a los juveniles, y entre el puesto especifico de categoría infantil respecto al resto
