Resumen

El tenis es un deporte que se caracteriza por la dinámica intermitentes, con interválicas esfuerzos moderados y de alta intensidad debido a las acciones repetitivas de intensidad de corta duración y alta. Esta opinión se analizan aspectos tales como la estructura temporal del juego, el consumo de oxígeno, la frecuencia cardíaca, los niveles de lactato, y los efectos de jugar en calor. El conocimiento de las características contextuales y funcionales del tenis competitivo proporciona información importante para mejorar el diseño de los programas de formación de jugadores.
