Abstract
This paper aims to assess the current state of scientific research on the influence that the practices of Lean Management model exert on human resources. It has been proceeded to conduct a thorough review of published works in journals JCR of the operation management area which has let identify a set of lines of research into the impact that Lean practices exercise on workers. The identification of these lines will encourage researchers to deepen the investigation and cover some of the gaps. Alike, at this work we collect some of the lines we intend to develop on this topic in the context Latin America.
