Resumen

El judo en su aspecto competitivo requiere una elevada preparación técnica, táctica, física y psicológica, ya que cada uno de estos aspectos es imprescindible para soportar las altas cargas de entrenamiento y competición llevadas a cabo por estos deportistas. A la suma, este deporte de combate está caracterizado estructuralmente por categorías de peso, lo cual alza la importancia del control fisiológico del entrenamiento en los judokas. Por lo tanto, el presente trabajo de revisión posee como principal objeto recolectar los diferentes artículos científicos sobre el perfil fisiológico del judoka, enmarcando aspectos como parámetros antropométricos (% de grasa corporal), registro de Frecuencia Cardiaca (FC), consumo máximo de oxígeno (VO2máx), indicadores hematológicos e indicadores electrolíticos.
