Control is a very important tool for organizations, specially in management process. This paper intend to present an integrating approach of the control function in organizations with the aim that it will stand as a model and theoretical reference for future research in the scope of organizations management. The structure of this paper includes the introduction, following we focus on recent study approaches of control and we propose a definition comprising past contributions. Third chapter contains the main part of control function, its structure. To conclude, we propose a model to study organizational control.
