Abstract
The Prematury is one of the most prevalent health problems in developed countries. The immaturity determines several clinical, educational and in the functions of daily life sequels, that show the high probability to have a deficit in Executive Functions (FF.EE.). Objectives: 1) to implement and to validate The Stimulation in Executive Functions Program for 5 years old Children (PEFEN) in clinical and no-clinical population, 2) to compare state, efficiency and improvement in FF.EE., between both populations. Results: 1) there are differences in FF.EE. between both populations, before to be intervened, 2) The FF.EE. more improve in the intervention´s groups, 3) The premature children are more benefited from the program than the schoolchildren. Conclusion: It is necessary to implement programs such as the PEFEN to improve the development of the FF.EE. in the school environment and to prevent the deficit in populations of risk, in the health field.
