Resumo

This research aims at the study an analysis of the constitutional value of “Freedom” in the organizational structure of the Spanish Constitution an in the configuration of the rights of our Constitution and in the configuration of the rights of our Constitutional State as a transversal value that permeates all the articles of the Magna Carta forming a certain moral, political and legal structure of it.
