This research addresses the issue of nutrition and physical activity, from three perspectives: teachers, students and families. We analyze the views of 199 teachers on aspects of their practice, inquire about the knowledge and eating habits of students in Primary. We study the approach offered by the publishers in the books of Environmental Awareness on food-related content. Some of the conclusions were that teachers felt that the students of Primary Stage ended with inadequate learning, and since the area of Physical Education was not encouraging, everything desirable, healthy eating habits and exercise. The students' level of knowledge was scarce and imprecise, and their feeding habits were not entirely healthy. Finally, the approach that made books, food-related content was poor and lacking in continuity.
