Abstract

In this research we analyse the religious leadership from a psychosocial perspective in a religious figure of the 20th century, Nazaria lgnacia March. lt is an innovative and original proposal focused on three main aspects: firstly, the the analysis of the Religious Leadership from the psychosocial approach of a Religious Leader; secondly, the elaboration of a definition of the religious leadership; and, finally: the elaboration of the conclusions through the data triangulation (cuantitative and cualitative) from a psychosocial perspective. Analysing the type and style of leadership, the conclusions confirm our initial hypotheses, as this is a Charismatic and Socialised Leadership, with strong Ideological connotations, according to the qualitative methodology applied, and with Pragmatic connotations, regarding the quantitative methodology. Nazaria lgnacia's leadership, has shown to be an alive leadership nowadays.
