Abstract

The investigation is located in the field of continuous formation of the figure of the Pedagogical Technical Advisor (CTA ) Basic Education in Michoacan, Mexico, which part of the analysis of the concept of educational counseling, the fields in which it develops, the role It is assigned to the ATP and mechanisms for continuing education and reviewing the criteria used for selection of the consultant and the required profile in the official documents that regulate and the contrast in reality.
