Resumen

Collaboration main theme of this work, intends to develop this process at the University, he was one of the concerns that carne driving and promete unity in the UPN Zamora , helping teachers to abandon the idea that the teaching work must be a lonely process , promote collaborative work can only be real and meaningful when it develops voluntarily, this is reflected by having the conditions to carry out academic meetings to discuss both academic problems , such as problems improving activity teacher , this will give us the opportunity to specifically support our teachers I students and ourselves. lt is this thesis realizes results and planned activities resulted resignificar meetings, identify and propase training workshops and finally , build the network of research and innovation at the University (Rediz) .
