Resumen

The study “Incidence of the ICT on the competence development in the continuous training of the teachers secondary of the Higher Normal School of Michoacán”, arises from the problem of rejection a priori of a group of teachers in continuous training through graduate studies and also to the need to know the changes that occur in the teaching competence of teachers when formed with reference to a teaching model identified with blended learning or hybrid learning environment (AHA). The central purpose of the research is to denote changes in teaching competence once teachers have participated in ICT training and have applied learning experiences in classrooms mediated by ICT.
