Abstract

Originated by the evolutionary process that involves Smart City, it is necessary to establish Inclusive Tourism based on Universal Accessibility and able to place the person at the center of any reconversion strategy in the new model of territory called Intelligent Tourist Destination. This implication as part of the Manila Declaration, adopted in 1980 by the World Tourism Organization where the term tourism is first associated with accessibility, highlights the current situation in Spain of the destinations that stand out as Accessible City, Smart City and Smart Tourist Destination. For this, the considerations to be taken into account are established so that the intelligence of the territories favors the rights of persons with disabilities and the quality of the tourist experience of all citizens, from information collected by tourists, residents and key informants sector.
