Abstract

The need to evaluate public policies and services is, on the one hand, a requirement of citizenship and, on the other hand, a political and management need. In this research we are going to analyze the efficiency of the public policies of entrepreneurship that are developed in Andalusia through the foundation that the Andalusian Government created for this purpose: Andalucía Emprende. The main objective is to know the profitability of the use of public funds, through the development of the public policies of entrepreneurship in Andalusia, from a double perspective: one, knowing the returns generated by Andalusia Emprende, with the development of its activity as entity executor of the policies of promotion of the entrepreneurship of the Andalusian Government, another, by measuring the economic efficiency of the companies incubated by Andalusia Emprende to those that it renders its services.
