Resumen

The aim of the following study is to know the relationship between body image, eating habits, self concept and time spent in Sport Practice by teenagers. In order to do so, two surveys have been carried out. The first one is an instrumental research to validate the questionnaires used for data collection and the second is an empirical research to study the relationship between sex, age, physical activity, parental education and number of daily intakes with the body image factors, eating habits and dimensions of self-concept. This study has been carried out with a sample of 627 students. A test has been applied with questions about body image, eating habits and self-concept. The collected data was statistically analyzed using the FACTOR, M-PLUS.7 and SPSS.22 programs. The results of the study show the relationship found between variables and factors emphasizing the influence in the results of physical activity outside the school variable
