Resumo

In this doctoral thesis a fuzzy linguistic model, which allows covering the necessities currently demanded in the processes of performance appraisal, has been developed, in order to carry out processes of integral performance or 360-degree appraisal. That model allows managing heterogeneous information represented in numerical, interval-valued and linguistic domains, expressing the intermediate and final results in a linguistic way to facilitate their interpretation. Moreover, this model takes into account the weight of the criteria and the importance of the reviewers’ collectives in order to join the information, considering also the possible dependence of the evaluated criteria to include the assessment provided, using linguistic aggregation operators
