Zusammenfassung

This Thesis statement compares the physical demands of professional football players with the physical demands in training exercises of semi-professional football players during the football season 2012-2013. The training load was measured by the heart rate identifying 6 heart rate training load zones in a laboratory test. The physiological profile records were made with suunto team POD system through the analysis of an official football game. There were recorded 81 training sessions and 400 tasks. The competitive profile was obtained in the game and this profile was compared with training load exercises records. There were used non-parametric statistical hypothesis test such as Wilcoxon signed-rank test. There were also used a descriptive value that estimates differences between the average of heart rate percentage in the 6 heart rate training load zones. First, the heart rate percentage was grouped by similar nature. Secondly it was grouped by line, player, player position and task. According to the qualitative analysis data performed, we could say that the quantification model is objective to measure the training load intensity based on the heart rate for competitive, specific and possession exercises.
