Propuesta de un modelo gráfico de análisis aplicado en las organizaciones deportivas municipales de Castilla-La Mancha

Zusammenfassung

Before the increase of the complexity of the actions of management in Sports Facilities of Castilla La Mancha / Spain, an adapted questionnaire that allows evaluating the perception of the organizational learning, is proposed. The measurement of the level of perception of personnel, about the working environment, is presented, having in mind the close relationship which exists between both concepts. Finally, a graphical method is proposed, to provide the manager with new tools that might facilitate his work.
