Abstract

In this work, we propose an approach to research and social transfer actions developed around the Iberian sanctuary of the Cueva de la Lobera in Castellar. We place special emphasis on new approaches from feminist methodologies, with a strong interdisciplinary and cross-cutting character, which incorporate gender relations and inequality awareness into the entire research and dissemination process. These kinds of experiences position us as scientists, fully convinced that archaeology, as a social science that studies the past, is aligned with the challenges of the present, playing a crucial role in current social transformations.
